Ante invitados especiales, como el presidente municipal de Texcoco, Arturo
Martínez Alfaro; ex diputado federal, Manuel Cadena Morales; distinguidos
líderes del Movimiento Antorchista; el profesor Jesús Maldonado Zúñiga, entre
otros, el legislador Bracil reconoció el cumplimiento de las autoridades por la
realización de esta obra, donde se invirtieron alrededor de 2 millones 500 mil
pesos, sumándose a ello, el tanque elevado para agua potable de esta colonia
Wenceslao.
Asimismo, sostuvo el diputado federal que no cejará la lucha por la
gestión para más obras, sobre todo para la infraestructura educativa y
cultural, pues Antorcha Popular no nada más, hace plantones, sino se preocupa
por llevar eventos culturales a la gente del movimiento, es necesario el desarrollo
y progreso del Movimiento: ahí mismo, Bracil A Peña, adelantó que para el mes
de febrero se comenzará la pavimentación de la calle principal Benito Quezada.
Aunado a ello, aseguró que se contemplan otros grandes proyectos, pues no
se pueden quedar parados o ser conformistas, ya que recordó que la ex diputada
federal, Maricela Serrano, bajo varios millones de pesos, recursos que se
aplicaron a localidades de la entidad mexiquenses, sobre todo en colonias de
Antorcha popular, ahí es el claro ejemplo de que todo se puede, sobre todo que
las autoridades tengan voluntad de cumplir lo que la gente demanda.
Momentos antes, se presentaron diferentes bailables Folklóricos, así como
la declamación de una niña que preserva sus raíces étnicas, como demostró la
exposición en Náhuatl una poesía; el cantante de género popular interpretó tres
melodías generando el aplauso de los asistentes.
Para concluir, el evento oficial de inauguración, detalló minuciosamente
las siguientes obras que se tiene contemplado para diferentes colonias de la
localidad, así como la obtención de varios millones de pesos para aplicarse en
las primeras necesidades de demandas de infraestructura urbana y cultural
educativa, acotó.
